We will take time to become sacred. We will reduce feelings of stress with mindful present awareness, conscious breathing and sensory ritual.

We will remember our inner world and spirituality to regain some calm and peace. We will contemplate and connect with the natural environment in a shared honouring with others who care.

We will welcome the divine feminine energies especially, to re-balance our experience of a masculine world, and cultivate kindness, self-connection, compassion, listening, receiving and being.

Aligning ourselves with the vibrations of Mother Earth brings a deep sense of safety and reassurance. Step into this sacred space and rest into the symbolism of nature, which holds the essence of life itself.

You will experience a ritual honouring of the five elements of earth, air, fire, water and spirit and experience a multi-sensory immersion in the season.

There will be conscious breathing, guided meditation, shamanic drumming journey, sacred ritual and singing meditations.

You will be made welcome and honoured as the divine human being that you are, whatever your colour, identity, background or circumstances. Your personal empowerment is woven in to all of my events.

May Day on 1st May represents the fulfilment of spring and the beginning of summer. At this time of year our ancestors celebrated by lighting a “bright fire” and weaving ribbons on the maypole. We will be enriched by the themes of the season which include growth, expansion and emerging into the world to manifest our dreams. There is a symbolic marriage of polar energies resulting in unification and the birth of something new.

As always, the symbolism is rich with birth, death and rebirth and the ever-continuing cycles of life. We will rest into the stillness and reconnect with our soul selves, as we rebirth our inner wisdom and purpose.

Take this opportunity to immerse yourself in the company of angels, spirit guides, shamanic masters and Mother Nature herself. This is a reverent spiritual experience open to everyone who is humble, open and curious.
