Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW)

In any workplace, knowing how to respond in the first few minutes of an incident can make a real difference. This Emergency First Aid at Work course provides the confidence and practical skills needed to act quickly, safely and effectively until further medical assistance arrives.

The training is highly practical and focused on real-world scenarios. Learners are guided through demonstrations, hands-on practice and realistic situations to build competence and confidence in managing incidents calmly and professionally.

- The roles and responsibilities of a first aider

- Seizures and common medical emergencies
- Minor injuries and when to escalate
- Record keeping, reporting and key legal considerations
