Emergency response workshop covering planning, teams, crisis management, stakeholders, training and plan reviews. Led by a 25+ year expert.
Designed to provide support and guidance to those starting their emergency response journey and the development of their emergency response plan, and also for those looking to improve or review their existing plan.
The workshop will provide high-level information on the following topics:
· why have an emergency response plan
· emergency response v crisis management
· emergency response team composition
· plan contents and checklists
· liaison with stakeholders
· training and exercising.
The workshop is limited to eight attendees, who are encouraged to take their emergency response plans and make notes, or work on them during the workshop.
Refreshments will be available to attendees.
N.B. There are two flights of stairs to our office and no lift.
Information about the Organisers - Response Consultants
Response Consultants is a family business and was established in 1995. We specialise in emergency response and crisis management consultancy, procedures, training, exercising and on-call support to industries across the world.
Our Managing Director, Claire Forbes, is organising and running the workshop, and has more than 25 years’ experience in emergency response. Claire has been responding to emergencies since she joined the company and continually receives training herself to ensure she can pass on ‘best practices’ from various industries and countries to our clients.
