EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), also known as tapping therapy, is a gentle yet powerful method that helps release emotional blocks, reduce stress, and calm the nervous system by tapping on specific acupressure points.
During this workshop, you will:
- learn the basics of EFT tapping,
- experience how tapping can help with stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and limiting beliefs,
- practice simple techniques you can use anytime, anywhere.
This is a practical, experiential session designed to help you reset emotionally, feel more grounded, and reconnect with yourself.
My mission is to help others take their first steps towards helping themselves heal naturally by combining talk and somatic therapies.The main modality I use is EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) which is a powerful self help tool that combines elements of psychology and acupressure to help release emotional blockages and promote personal growth.Using EFT is a quick and gentle way of calming the brain's flight, fight, freeze and fawn responses - helps with self management of everyday emotions, stresses, and anxieties. Pain management - for chronic, autoimmune symptoms, cravings from addictions - overcoming fears and phobias, creating healthier habits - better self care - clearer thinking, focus and calming and helping of ADHD.
