Wondering how your HR team can build understanding, confidence, and governance around AI in your organisation?
Tired of hearing about AI and not sure what you need to do about it in your role and in your organisation?
Thinking about how you can prepare your HR team to evolve and be ready for the rise of AI?
Join us for an engaging and practical session on how HR leaders and their teams can harness the transformative power of AI—not to replace the human element, but to amplify it across the organisation. By adopting AI strategically, taking practical steps to build the confidence and governance around how we factor AI into our workforce plans, we can create a future where technology complements and enhances what people do best. We will cover the key questions your HR team should be willing to ask and key terms to be aware of regarding AI and its usage.
The key takeaway? "AI won’t replace managers, but the managers (and teams) who use AI will thrive above those who don’t."
