This EMRAN meeting is about developing research capacity within social care and public health, i.e. working with local authorities. This is a priority topic for NIHR, and COVID has certainly shown the need for improvements in data and integration of services; whether in care homes, people’s own homes or community. We are planning discussion sessions within the meeting, so that you can share ideas and instigate collaborations.
