I cannot see the button to buy a ticket. What do I do?

If you are using an iPhone, the Eventbrite App is having a problem whereby it doesn't display the button to buy a ticket. We recommend either opening Eventbrite in your internet browser, or use a computer / tablet to view the Eventbrite listing.

How do I find out the start time in my local time zone?

Accepted Answer

We recommend the below time zone converter website. Enter the event location city and you can put this as London UK. Then enter your own city or nearest city, the website will automatically convert the time: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html

How do I receive the recording?

All ticket holders will automatically receive the recording via Eventbrite within two days after the live event.

What if I cannot make the exact time of the event?

That is absolutely fine as we record these events. All ticket holders will automatically receive the recording via Eventbrite within two days after the live event.

Question 5

How do I join the event on Zoom?

Accepted Answer

The event will be hosted on Zoom and you will be emailed the login details with your ticket confirmation. You will also be emailed a reminder of the Zoom login details on the day of the event. You do not need a Zoom account to be able to join this "meeting". Simply click on the join link.

Question 6

What happens if I face technical difficulties joining/during the event?

Accepted Answer

Try exiting the Zoom meeting, and then joining again. If that doesn't work then it will be recorded and so you can catch any bits you miss. All ticket holders will automatically receive the recording via Eventbrite within two days after the live event.

Question 7

Do I need my camera on during this event?

Accepted Answer

This is not a prerequisite, however it is always much nicer for us to see who we are talking to.
