Online webinar on the response from the joint consultation by BEIS and Ofgem on the proposals for the design and delivery of code reform.

Ofgem and BEIS have jointly published a consultation response following the consultation: Design and delivery of the energy code reform, 2021, on the proposals for the design and delivery of code reform. The government response can be found at this link: https://www.gov.uk/government/consultations/energy-code-reform-governance-framework We would like to invite you to attend a webinar on the government’s consultation response which outlined the government’s policy decisions following the consultation in 2021. Participants will be invited to post questions or comments in the chat box which we will aim to answer in the Q&amp;A section at the end of our presentation. If you choose to disclose any personal data in your questions/comments then Ofgem and BEIS will process that personal data on the basis of your consent. Ofgem and BEIS may use any comments and questions raised in the webinar in internal and external documents; this may include ascribing the comments to your company (where you do not ask Ofgem / BEIS to keep your questions/comments confidential) but neither Ofgem nor BEIS will publish your personal data in any such documents.
