Energy is all around and held within us, so let’s collaborate with it, to celebrate it’s beautiful complexities and powerful natural healing qualities. You do not have to be Reiki trained to be a part of these sessions. The circle will invite you to share energy, offer support, rebalance, share ideas and experiences, allow opportunities to develop and strengthen our healing gifts and to open channels for creativity, conversation and collaboration in a nourishing, empathetic, safe and inclusive space. Since the sharing circle I have I've experienced your gifts of such tender and deeply considered care. Your offering is a rarity, and I very much look forward to returning for further circles come March/April. Helen Williams, Founder &amp; Director Care Nest CIC, February 2023The circle will be opened and held with a welcome Palo Santo smudging clearing and tuning fork vibrational ceremony followed by guided audio-visual meditation connected with gentle intuitive movement to stimulate the senses and to welcome energy to your mind, body and soul allowing you to be present and to feel at home within the circle. After, the group giving and receiving of reiki/energy healing session will be shared and each person will have an equal amount of time of giving/receiving energy in a cyclical rotational pattern. 'Restorative, kind and safe, I was warmly and gently welcomed into the Space, it was my first time at Space To Move and to a Reiki share and Sarah clearly, thoughtfully and mindfully explained how it works. I tried out my rose quartz pendulum for the first time during the share which I have been a bit nervous and apprehensive about using on my clients. It was such a treat and so special sharing energies that Sarah had so thoughtfully and carefully held and channelled. I felt empowered, clear, stronger and rejueuvenated intuition and I made some new connections. I cannot wait to come along to future shares.' Jess, Lightworker, Februrary 2023There will be moments to have conversations and share experiences after the sharing and if you feel the need for some extra grounding and warmth, there will be a variety of fruit and herbal teas offered during the sharing event. I encourage you to bring along a mug or travel flask, journal/ notebook &amp; a pen for anything that comes to mind during or after the share, also please do wear comfortable clothing and extra layers for additional warmth. I will have my Reiki/massage bed prepared for the share but if you do have one that you would like to bring then I will also welcome it, if you feel comfortable on the floor than I suggest bringing your own mat &amp; cushion, blankets, Space To Move provide mats and blankets but if you would any extra comfort please bring your own. Feel free to bring along anything that you normally practice or would like to experiment/explore during the session with; special totem, stones, crystals, musical /sound instrument (any kind), creations, scents, sounds or anything else you feel comfortable in sharing within the circle. I cannot wait to meet you and to join in sharing delicious energies together, what an absolute treat time for the mind, body and soul.
