The UK Sports Association supports talented athletes with learning disability in the UK to excel in national and international competitive sport.The UK Sports Association is:The only national disability sports organisation working with people with learning disability (including down syndrome and autism) across the UK in performance/elite sport.The only official Great Britain member of Inas, the international federation for athletes with intellectual disability.Recognised by UK Sport and a member of the British Paralympic Association.Part of the Paralympic pathway and route to Inas Championships including Global Games.Our vision is:“A society that enables people with learning disability, down syndrome and autism to excel and achieve their full potential in the sport of their choice.”

<P CLASS="MsoNormal">Learning disability is a hidden disability - you can’t tell by looking at someone if they have a learning disability, which often means they don’t receive the right support and their voices go unheard.</P>
<P CLASS="MsoNormal">Given the right support and tools, people with learning disability have the potential to make a vast contribution to their communities, society and country.</P>
<P CLASS="MsoNormal">Our <A TARGET="_blank" HREF="http://www.uksportsassociation.org/2015/09/sign-up-now-for-our-workshops/" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Engage! Manchester Workshop</A> will provide you with superb tools to enable you to better engage with people with learning disability either as athletes, associates, customers, colleagues or employees.</P>
