Engagement, co-production and partnership are all things that are dear to the heart of Combined Healthcare.So we want to ensure that what we do is meeting the needs and preferences of our service users, their families and stakeholders,This event is an opportunity for our trust to spend time with them - to celebrate what we have achieved together so far, learn from each other and ‘dream big’, so we can together achieve even more.We are a diverse and inclusive organisation and we aim to ensure that this event is welcoming, engaging and inclusive for all.Please let us know if you have any specific access or dietary needs or preferences in order to attend and participate fully in this event, and we will make relevant arrangements.(Please advise of any needs/preferences, even if noted below to help us arrange sufficient quantities).For information:-· Catering will include a range of vegetarian and vegan options which will be clearly labelled. We will seek to cater for other specific dietary requirements on request.· A quiet room will be available for spiritual use.· A BSL interpreter has been engaged to support the event throughout the day.· Any videos played on the day will be subtitled.· We will be recording the session on MS Teams and will utilise the live transcription facility to support communication.· All voices are important – we cordially invite you to be there and take part fully
