Derwent Training Association exists for the sole purpose of delivering engineering training. Founded in 1988 by employers, it has fulfilled that objective for over 30 years.Based in Malton, North Yorkshire, Derwent Training Association recruits and trains apprentices for approximately 100 employers across the region.In 2019-20 our timely achievement for Engineering Apprenticeships was well above the national average:76% timely achievement for Level 3 Engineering Apprenticeships (15 points above the national average)71% timely achievement for Level 2 Fabrication and Welding (9 points above the national average)Our Mission is to provide first class training for the benefit of employers and their apprentices.Our Vision is shaping the future for engineering by increasing the skills and knowledge of people across the region.

We will contact you via the details provided upon registration if we have to cancel the Open Event, or move to an online format. <ul><li>Face-masks to be worn around the training centre</li><li>Temperatures to be taken on arrival, and hand sanitising stations around the building. </li></ul>
