Enhancing Breeding Programme Success with Nature’s SAFE
Ever wondered how cryopreservation and fertility assessments could better support your breeding programmes? Our Nature’s SAFE Stakeholder Day is designed to do just that.
Taking place on Wednesday 18th February 2026 at Chapel Field Stud Farm (SY13 4BP), this in-person event will bring together zoo and aquarium professionals for a day of expert talks, interactive discussions, and behind-the-scenes insight into our work.
You can expect:
- Expert speakers covering a range of breeding-related topics
- A tour of Nature’s SAFE facilities
- Opportunities to connect with peers facing similar challenges
- Time to discuss the specific needs of your collection with our fertility and cryopreservation specialists
- And yes… you’ll learn all about sperm too!
Whether you’re a breeding coordinator, curator, vet, or conservation lead, this day will highlight the vital role biobanking can play in supporting ex situ breeding programmes.
We've also arranged for an extra evening treat for those attending the event.
A Special Screening: Rhino
An Eco-Thriller with a Conservation Heart
As an extra treat on 18th February, we’ve arranged a private screening of the powerful new documentary film Rhino.
Described as “a unique eco-thriller and a story of resilience and victory in the fight to protect our natural world”, this moving film is narrated by Tom Hardy and promises to be a truly memorable watch.
🎟 Free for Nature’s SAFE Conservation Partners or those attending the stakeholder day.
🎟 £20 for general admission
