Is parking available?

Where possible, we encourage sustainable travel but appreciate that it is not a possibility for everybody. At the Headington Campus, parking is open to all from 4:30 pm. Limited space is available. Parking reservation is not possible.

How to reach campus?

Public transport: Bus stop – Headington Brookes University B2 from the city centre and B5 towards the city centre.  Cycle parking available on-site.  If you're using personal e-scooters, please be aware that they are not permitted in the university buildings.

Where is the venue?

The venue is room G20 in the John Henry Brookes Building, Headington Campus, Oxford Brookes University. There will be event specific signage across the campus to the venue.

When does the event start?

The event starts at 5 pm, and registration opens at 4.30 pm.
