Our online programme covers the essentials of leadership strategy and marketing strategy for new businesses. Tuesdays 1, 8, 15, 22 June.

Enterprise for Success is an online workshop programme aimed at encouraging new business start-ups and helping new businesses to grow and thrive. It comprises four sessions, which work together to complete a strategic approach to leadership and marketing, helping you to achieve your business goals. Businesses need to be based in the GBSLEP* area to be eligible (see Eligibility Criteria below).<h3>Enterprise for Success: Online Programme</h3>Tuesdays: 1 , 8, 15, 22 June 202110.00am – 1.00pmOver the course of the programme, we will support you with a structured review of your overall business performance, followed by free advice and assistance. Participants need to attend all four sessions, in order to gain the most benefit from the programme, along with learning new skills and techniques, essential to creating a comprehensive business strategy:Leadership Strategy1 June – Workshop 1: Analysing your Growth Journey; Purpose, Vision and Values8 June – Workshop 2: Learn how to Think More StrategicallyMarketing Strategy15 June – Workshop 3: Understand and Develop your Value Proposition22 June – Workshop 4: Elements of an Effective Marketing Campaign<h3>Why sign up for our workshops?</h3>Led by Birmingham City University Business Specialists across four sessions, the workshop programme offers you hands-on advice and guidance, as well as practical tools and techniques to take away, helping to support you to find ways to develop and improve your business by looking at specific key areas including: • Analysing Your Barriers to GrowthTo help set your business on a path to success, we help you to analyse your barriers to growth and work with you to define the purpose, vision and values for your business.• Developing Your Leadership SkillsTo become a more confident business leader, you’ll be introduced to tools and techniques which you can use in your day-to-day work to develop your leadership skills.• Defining the Value of Your BusinessWe’ll help you to review your business and re-define your business value proposition, review your marketing strategy, or help you to develop your marketing strategy in order for you to optimise growth opportunities, and help you to gain a better understanding of your business strategy.<h3>What else does the Programme Offer? </h3>•	Initial Review and AssessmentOver the course of the programme, we’ll support you in a comprehensive review of your overall business performance. We use a diagnostic tool designed to allow SMEs to gain a snapshot of the current state of their business with a view to overcoming obstacles and barriers to growth, identifying new opportunities for development, and ways to increase sustainable performance. Following this in-depth analysis, a facilitated review is offered by one of our business advisors to share the results and identify new areas for growth. •	Free Advice and GuidanceThis is followed by up to 12 hours of free advice and assistance to develop a comprehensive business strategy to help SMEs grow quicker, work more effectively, and perform more competitively.<h3>Registration</h3>When you register, you will be booked on to all four workshops to enable you to gain the most benefit from the programme.<h3>*Eligibility Criteria</h3>The Enterprise for Success Programme is aimed at supporting businesses located within the GBSLEP area. Businesses need to be based in Birmingham, Solihull, Cannock Chase, East Staffordshire, Lichfield, Tamworth, Bromsgrove, Redditch and the Wyre Forest to be eligible, due to funding criteria. The Programme is funded by Greater Birmingham and Solihull LEP partners and part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund providing access to FREE business support.
