We want you to come and relish your body, fitness, and leave feeling energised. This retreat is meticulously designed to cater to people at all stages of their fitness journey, including pre/ post-natal women and injuries, ensuring inclusivity and support throughout.
Get ready for an extraordinary blend of intense (but we promise fun) fitness activities,delicious lunch and be surrounded by supportive people in a safe environment.
DAY RETREAT SCHEDULE:
4th of OCTOBER SATURDAY- 10.30am-6pm
THE RETREAT WILL BE HELD AT TANDEM STUDIOS BARCELONA :
Via Laietana, 45, 3 - 1, Ciutat Vella, 08002 Barcelona, Spain
10.30am : Arriving to studio settling in to the space.
11am : Mat Pilates Session - Find yourself on the mat where Viv will take you through a mind and body connected pilates session where we get a chance to wake up the body.
12pm: Viv’s Signature Power Barre Class- It's time to shake things up and to make you sweat. Viv's Power Barre is focused on toning and strengthening while brining the heart rate up. Working to the beat of the music.
1pm: Lunch- a heathy lunch will be waiting for us arranged outside of studio.
2.30pm: Confidence Building movement Session - The second part of the retreat begins.Bring your heels or be in trainers,barefoot. Wear something that makes you feel good in your body and it is comfortable to move in. You will join Viv for an hour of confidence building movement.
4pm: Viv’s Signature Dance Cardio Class-Be ready to dance like on a night out! Experience Viv's signature Dance&Sweat class that she is bringing straight from London!
5pm: 80’s Themed Cool Down with Stretch&Mobility- It is time for some 80s vibes and stretching. Let's vibe into slowing down.
6pm: Glass of bubbles - closing the retreat 🥂 - Enjoy a celebratory well deserved drink at the end of our event !
