About this event
Envision Changes is birthed to educate, encourage and equip members of society through Mentoring, mindset, career & personal development.
We are looking for Mentors and Mentees
Mentors - If you have experience within personal development, professional , career or even a business and would like to render your support to mentees. Please register. DBS and mentoring training will be provided, if you do not have one already.
Mentees - If you need support in your personal, career and mindset development, we encourage you to register too.
Process
- This comes up as an occurring event to ensure that people can register each week.
- 1. You will be contacted to find out if you would like to be a mentor or a mentee.
- 2. You will then be paired with a mentor/mentee.
- 3. DBS for our formal Mentors will provided.
- 4. After the mentoring Programme, there will be an awards ceremony for both mentors and mentees.
- 5. Mentees will get a chance to be trained to be a mentor to (THE CYCLE CONTINUES & GREAT WAY TO NETWORK)

Organiser Godspromise Adeosun
Organiser of Envision Changes Mentoring Programme 2021
Godspromise Adeosun founded Envision Changes in 2015 where she brought together different gang members (in London during the wake of gun/knife violence) to discuss why they joined gangs, the impacts and the effects. From the event, she realised that youths and adults in society lack mentors.
Envision Changes provides this through mentoring, motivational speaking, one on one consultation and many other services. Godspromise speaks on topics such as finding your purpose, success and its link to mentality, and most recently my eBook on Amazon titled 'How badly do you want to succeed?'
She was fortunate to win 5 awards from the University of Essex including the Mentoring and Advice Award 2018 due to my work with gangs, and adults in my local community. She have recently been invited to speak at the University of Southampton and the 'Keep Our Youths Safe' event in Hackney amongst neighbouring mayors and councillors.
