The Year 5 students of Glan-Yr-Afon Primary School, Kid Carpet and Common Wealth invite you to come and see their new, co-created show EPIC FAILThe performances are on 15 &amp; 16 June at 1.45pm each day. The show is approximately 60 minutes - everyone is welcome!Kid Carpet is an acclaimed musician and performance maker, and, despite his fame and glory, failure is key to his work. He wants kids to embrace failure as a virtue, in the same way we embrace success.Kid Carpet has been working with Year 5 at Glan-Yr-Afon, but also in primary schools in Peterborough, Wigan &amp; Stoke. They have been exploring failure, making fizzy milk and rubbish robots, and talking about well-being and kindness. EPIC FAIL doesn’t have the answers but it does have the best songs, nonsense telly adverts and umbrellas for your shoes. Will the golden nuggets of wisdom and creativity from the children of Glan-Yr-Afon be able to save the show and Kid Carpet&#x27;s belief in himself?Come and join us for an epic afternoon and find out….VENUEKid Carpet and Common Wealth have been working to transform Glan Ar Afon into a theatre! Our work is political and contemporary – based in the present day – the here and now.
