Diamond Light Source will host the Core Developers meeting on 10th February and the EPICS Code-a-thon from 11th to 14th February.

<h3>Accommodation</h3><p>A number of rooms have been reserved at <a href="http://www.thebearwantage.co.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">The Bear Hotel in Wantage</a>. To confirm your accommodation requirements, please complete the relevant question on the registration form. Please note you will need to pay for your own accommodation on departure and it will cost £65 per room per night.</p><p><strong>Transport to The Bear</strong></p><p><a href="http://www.thebearwantage.co.uk/contact_find_us.htm" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Please click here</a> to view location details. There are free periods for parking at The Beacon Public car park at the rear of the hotel - please contact The Bear direct for details - info@thebearwantage.co.uk | 01235 766366</p><p>The hotel is a 20 minute drive from Didcot Parkway Station. The <a href="https://www.thames-travel.co.uk/routes/X32-X33-33" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">X32/X33/33</a> bus from Didcot Parkway Station stops directly outside the hotel at Wantage Market Place, however please note that bus service on Sundays is limited so it may be preferable to ask us to book you a taxi instead.</p><p>We can arrange taxis to The Bear on Sunday 9th, however you will need to cover the cost of this. Please contact events@diamond.ac.uk directly if you would like us to book a taxi for you.
