Equality, Diversity and Intersectionality in Higher Education Practice

This online workshop, run by Dr Suriyah Bi, introduces equality, diversity and intersectionality as key frameworks for understanding inequality and inclusion in higher education.

Participants will explore how power, identity and institutional structures shape experiences across teaching, research and workplace culture, while gaining practical approaches to embedding inclusive and intersectional practice in their everyday work.
