All aspects of managing an inclusive workforce and how to identify and address unconcious bias will be examined in this online session.

In this session, Natasha Gordon, HR Service Manager, will cover Why Equality Matters,​ Benefits of a Diverse Workforce, Protected Characteristics and Types of Discrimination.Once signed up to this event we will send you a Zoom invitation to the email(s) provided. Note that you will be required to register with Zoom before you can join. This is a free and simple process but does take a few minutes.
