Join us in celebrating the Autumnal Equinox {Mabon}, as we embrace the shifting season & give thanks for all we have reaped thus far. We  will align in Mind, Body and Spirit, using ancient practices including; Afrikan Yoga, Sound Healing, and Energy AlignmentsWith this in mind our unique gathering will facilitate you with the grounding, shifting and cleansing of any energies contrary to your alignment  in this time; whilst also providing you the opportunity to experience the different skills, and disciplines each one of our dedicated practitioners specialise in.After convening at the designated meeting point, we will then make our way to our location, please be timely in your arrival, so you can be comfortable for a prompt 1pm start.Once there we will smudge (cleanse with smoke), and then you will have the opportunity to experience the sacred and divine alchemy that each of our disciplines embody.@Djed_i_yogi will guide us on a journey of  Afrikan Yoga, using Affirmation, Movement, Inspiration & Aspiration (breath).@SelfHealsSounds will sootheYour body, mind, soul and senses, with the dulcet tones and healing vibrations, using a variety of healing instruments.Storm of @houseof Arkaya will lead us through meditation, and Energetic Clearings with Sacred Waters she has personally drawn from various high vibrational sites.@Ehwunah1 will introduce us to her aesthetically stunning Goddess Adornments, as well as presenting in her second area of expertise wholistic health, specifically Bio Scanning for the body.Tickets are now available on Eventbrite.✨Link is below✨What will I need?****Please see below for further information.****A Yoga Mat and or BlanketHydrationA bottle for gathering Spring WaterWet wipes, sanitiserIt's forecast to be warm, however this is changeable England, so bear in mind forewarned is forearmed.You may wish to travel with an Anorak or light rainwear (weather dependant).
