Solstice Celebration

Come join us for a magical evening at Rising Tide Cafe as we celebrate the changing of the seasons! Our celebration of the beginning of Springh will be filled with foraged foods, amazing drinks and good vibes. Bring your friends and family to enjoy exciting food, delicious drinks, and a cozy atmosphere. Catherine of Rising Tide Cafe will introduce you to their new line of spring wines, and Judith of Edinburgh Forage and Eat will tell you all about the wild foods we can forage in March in Edinburgh and the beaches, woods, and hills around us. Taste birch sap and learn how to tap trees for sap yourself, taste the first wild greens and mushrooms of the year in an exciting, healthy and delicious selection of wild foods. You will be able to learn about where and how to forage seasonal plants and fungi and how to prepare them, ask questions, taste about 15 wild foods in our exciting seven course tasting menu and have a look, feel, and smell of the forageables in their unprocessed state while being comfortably seated indoors and entertained by your hosts
