<h3>What happens after you send off a referral or a request for advice? </h3><h3>Do you know where to find the response?</h3><p>One area of eRS that often gets overlooked is Worklists. In this session we will take you through why Worklists are important, how to interoperate and manage each list and the difference between Worklists and the EMIS Workflow Referral Management.</p><h3>The following topics will be covered:</h3><ol><li>What are Worklists and why are they important</li><li>How to manage each Worklist individually</li><li>How to clear Worklists</li><li>Advice &amp; Guidance Updates</li><li>Q﻿&A</li></ol><li><em>Although the session is scheduled for 1 hour this may be reduced depending on the numbers of queries from attendees. </em></li>
