SOMA YOGA is a SCIO registered charity  in Scotland. As a charity,  our purpose is  to educate the public in both theory and practice of the classical teachings of Yoga tradition. With the activities we offer to the public, we aim to make accessible the beneficial effects Yoga has on health and general well-being.

This is not your ordinary yoga class. Our course goes deep into the knowledge behind the practice, at a pace that is easy to assimilate and follow by both experienced and beginner yogis alike. These days everyone is ,rightly so, becoming ever more aware of the need to be attentive to our mental wellbeing. Here you will not only be guided into discovering yoga practices and healthier habits to apply in daily life, you will also learn the principles behind absolutely everything we teach and practice. In this way, by understanding the principle behind it, you will be able to apply this fundamental laws you discover in our class, to absolutely any life situations you may encounter, thus finding a healthier, more harmonious way to go through absolutely everything that comes your way.
