We start by setting you up with your bike, checking it, making sure it is set up right for you and the principles of making adjustments to suit you. We will also go through essentials to carry with you on a ride.Then we tackle Body position. Where you put your body in relation to your bike influences so many things, but most fundamentally, where your bike goes. Nailing this opens up so many more possibilities in your riding.From there we work on how to use your body position for:<ul><li>cornering</li><li>ascending</li><li>descending</li><li>small obstacles</li></ul>For July we are offering 40% off our normal rate, giving you the 2 hour course for £30.You need to be able to cycle to attend this course. If you don't have an MTB you can borrow one free of charge.Meet outside the Hub Café at the start of the session.
