She’s a natural people's person with experience in startup community development, project management, and the public sector. She has worked with startups in Estonia and in the United States taking on different roles - from speaker management to customer success. With over 9+ years of experience in project and events management and someone who's highly passionate about education innovation, startup mindset, and international collaborations, she values possibilities to grow and develop herself constantly.</li></ul><ul><li><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/matskuuskemaa/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Mats Kuuskemaa</a> is Head of Business Strategy at the Government of Estonia’s e-Residency programme which offers secure digital IDs to people who are not residents or citizens of Estonia. Over the last 6 years of existence over 72000 people from 160+ countries have applied to become e-Residents of Estonia. e-Residents have incorporated 14000 new enterprises in Estonia with a combined revenue of over EUR 1.6 bn whilst being able to run their businesses fully digitally and location independently. At e-Residency team, Mats’ responsibilities include forming strategy and focus activities in the UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain. Before joining e-Residency team, he has worked as Political Counsellor at the Estonian Embassy in Beijing, as Consul and Economic Officer at the Estonian Embassy in New Delhi and as Desk Officer responsible for trade and investment policy at the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.</li></ul><p></p><h3>Your Finimize Community Host</h3><ul><li><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/diego-navarra-800228/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Diego Navarra</a> is a certified IT Project Management trainer with PMI (the Project Management Institute) and a CIMA Certified Business Accountant.
