<p>The following event will present the Sample to Data (https://github.com/bigbio/proteomics-metadata) file format for proteomics researchers. The participants will be able to receive training on SDRF and annotate an existing public dataset in ProteomeXchange. Discussions about the file format and specification will be promoted.  </p>
