</p><p>Experienced consultant and evaluator Nicky Boyd will guide you through all the steps to ensuring effective evaluation of your online programmes. This 2.5-hour course will focus on the different stages of evaluation to include theory and examples of best practice, ensuring impact measurement is central within your planning processes and piloting of new ways of working as well as your strategies for gaining feedback online. Nicky will also cover ethics and data protection around online consultation, the use of incentives, online focus groups, sampling and how to ensure evaluation is creative and engaging.
