What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

You will be entitled to a full refund if you cancel your ticket 7 days or more before the start of the course. If you cancel within 7 days we will not be able to provide a refund. Courses can only go ahead with a minimum of 5 attendees; if the course is cancelled a full refund will be provided

Do you provide reduce pricing for charities, students or unemployed?

At Kohlrabi we believe everyone should have the opportunity to participate. If the ticket price is a barrier for you, we have discounted and pay-what-you-can options available. Don't hesitate to contact us (training@kohlrabi.uk) to discuss how we can help.

What does interactive mean?

Accepted Answer

We use Q+As and participatory activities to teach. Participants should expect to have their video switched on*, and to discuss their experiences, challenges and goals with their peers.  *If unable to keep video/audio on or have any access requirements please e-mail training@kohlrabi.uk for support
