- Agreeing the event: how to check people actually want it
- Stakeholders: who matters, who to speak to, and why
- Budget and resources: simple costs + ways to get support
- Roles and timeline: who does what, by when
- Planning tools: run sheet and basic risk plan
- Promotion: realistic ways to spread the word
- Debrief: what went well, what was tricky, what’s needed next time
