<P><SPAN>Croydon Voluntary Action is delighted to be hosting one of the<SPAN> British Red Cross funded '</SPAN></SPAN>Everyday First Aid' sessions to provide people with the skills and confidence to help in a first aid emergency.</P>
<P><STRONG>What can you expect from this first aid session?</STRONG></P>
<P>- Effective, easy to learn first aid education in a relaxed and informal style.</P>
<P>-  We provide relevant first aid skills tailored to the needs of the group.</P>
<P>-  We break down the barriers to helping others.</P>
<P>-  We build confidence and willingness to help in a first aid emergency.</P>

<H4 CLASS="p1"><SPAN CLASS="s1">CVA takes photographs at training and events which are used for publicity and monitoring purposes including social media, our website, and annual report. Please let your trainer know if you do not want to be photographed, or if you have any concerns regarding this.</SPAN></H4>

<H4 CLASS="p1"><STRONG><SPAN CLASS="s1">Terms and Conditions (where charges apply)</SPAN></STRONG></H4>
<H4 CLASS="p1"><SPAN CLASS="s1">i) Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the training course (14 days for Safeguarding training) will be refunded 100% of the original cost of the booking.</SPAN></H4>
<H4 CLASS="p1"><SPAN CLASS="s1">ii) Cancellations made within 7 days of the training course (14 days for Safeguarding training) will not be refunded.</SPAN></H4>
<H4 CLASS="p1"><SPAN CLASS="s1">iii) If a training course is cancelled by Croydon Voluntary Action, for any reason, a 100% refund will be given to all trainees.</SPAN></H4>
<H4 CLASS="p1"><SPAN CLASS="s1">iv) Any offers or deals on Croydon Voluntary Action training courses are subject to change or expiration. In some cases, notice of this will be given but not in all cases. Any changes or updates to terms or conditions will not affect the terms and conditions under which you made your purchase.</SPAN></H4>
