There is free parking with plenty of spaces.

Will you need to bring your own yoga mat and warm blanket ?

This is personal preference, but the floor can be cold after your dance jouney finishes. You will need to provide your own mat and blanket

Will you need to bring your own bottle of water ?

It is advisable you bring your own bottle to hydrate. There are water facilities at the venue which are available.

We have a slow movement that builds up into a peak and a slow decent into a calmer movement to close our journey together.
