Join us for a gentle morning of coffee, cake and good conversation in one of Bedford’s most beautiful spots. We’ll meet at the Pavilion Café in the heart of the stunning Victorian Bedford Park, where you can grab a coffee and a slice of cake, settle in, and start chatting.
Walking is a really lovely, low-pressure way to meet people — there’s no awkward sitting across a table, and conversation tends to flow much more naturally. It’s easy to dip in and out of chats as we go, making it ideal whether you’re feeling chatty or a little shy.
We’ll take our time arriving and gathering, then at 10:30am, once everyone’s arrived, we’ll head off together for a relaxed walk around the park. It’s also a great chance to meet us properly and ask any questions about our events if you’ve not been along before.
