Does it really matter if I can’t sing?

Accepted Answer

Please believe us when we say it TRULY doesn’t matter!  Most people can sing way better than they believe they can.  But even if that’s not true in your case, it STILL doesn’t matter!  Why?  Because Evo is about so much more than singing in tune!  It’s about how it makes you feel!

Question 2

Do I have to commit to every rehearsal?

Whilst there is tons of flexibility for our members because we understand that life is going to life, we do ask for as much commitment to the weekly rehearsals as possible.  If you’d prefer a group that you can pop in and out of, check out our Coffee, Cake and Choir sessions.

Question 3

What if I have to miss a session?

Accepted Answer

Every rehearsal is recorded and streamed into a private Facebook group so you can easily catch up or join us remotely for those weeks you can’t be there in person!

Question 4

Do I have to perform?

Accepted Answer

We like to say that participation is always encouraged and never forced.  There is no obligation to do the live performances.  However, it will be hard to resist once you get settled!  Our gigs are like a party on stage! ?

Question 5

Do I have to sing on my own?

Accepted Answer

Again, solo singing is always encouraged and never forced.  There is zero requirement for you to sing solo if you don’t want to.  There is also a huge amount of support there for you if/when you feel ready to take that step.

Question 6

How much does membership cost?

Accepted Answer

We will share all of the details when you come for your trial but currently, membership costs £150 per term (3 terms a year) or £35 per month, which includes all three terms and our summer workshops.
