Evolution X is a brand-new strength and fitness programme from Fitness Evolution designed to create fully functional athletes, combining weightlifting, gymnastics and cardio work. Join us for our launch event where you can immerse yourself in the Evolution X experience and sample some of the classes from the programme. The morning will be packed full of information, taster sessions, facility tours, nutritional information and sample meal-prep menus. Prepare to get challenged and sweaty, so don&#x27;t forget your sports kit!
