Head to the main registration area with your ticket QR code ready on your phone. No need to print. You will collect your badge and lanyard, which you keep with you throughout for access and networking.

Where can I find the agenda?

The full agenda will be published on the EVOLVE website ahead of the event. You can move freely between stages and build your day around the topics most relevant to you.

Do I need to book sessions in advance?

For most stage sessions, no. Some workshops and roundtables have limited capacity and require separate sign-up, which we will share closer to the time.

Yes. The Brighton Centre holds Gold Status from Attitude is Everything and recognises the Sunflower Lanyard scheme. If you have any access requirements, please contact us in advance so we can support you.

No formal dress code, come as you are. Most people go for smart casual. Comfortable shoes are a good idea, as there is a lot to explore across the venue.

The Brighton Centre is around a 15-minute walk from Brighton station, with taxis and buses available. Brighton gets busy, so we recommend public transport where possible.

Yes. Food and drink will be available to buy at the venue, and there are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. Bring a refillable water bottle to stay hydrated.
