Join us for a networking workshop based around Section 1 of the Evolve Workplace Wellbeing Toolkit: Aligning to Thrive.

F﻿ollowing 2 introductory workshops held in May &amp; June 2023, we are launching a series of in-depth &quot;networking workshops&quot; facilitated by Helen Fitzhugh of the UEA Evolve Workplace Wellbeing research team. Whatever stage you are in the journey to embed workplace wellbeing initiatives in your organisation, we invite you to join our supportive network of colleagues from across Norfolk&#x27;s VCSEs.W﻿hat will the networking workshop involve?In each of these workshops, we will explore a section of the Evolve Toolkit with plenty of time for questions and discussion about real-world application in your organisations. This will be followed by discussing your progress and challenges in groups, and networking opportunities.T﻿here will be 5 bi-monthly workshops over a period of 10 months, each structured around one of the 5 sections of the Evolve Toolkit. While you are not obliged to attend every session, we would encourage you to attend as many as possible in order to benefit as much as possible from the network.W﻿hat is the Evolve Workplace Wellbeing Toolkit?T﻿he Toolkit is based on 7+ years of original research conducted by the Evolve team. It is completely free and includes evidence-based resources and insights to help you explore and embed wellbeing in your organisation. It includes self-assessment tools and a business case calculator which can help you to advocate for wellbeing initiatives in your organisation. The Toolkit is designed to be tailored to your organisation and can be worked through in any order, recognising that sustaining workplace wellbeing is a continuous, evolving process.We hope you can make it!Our first session will be held in the Jerningham Room at the Costessey Centre, Longwater Lane, Norwich NR8 5AH.The Jerningham Room is on the first floor and is accessible via lift.
