Evolving HR 2026

The HR Event dedicated to the people doing the HR work and not just the work itself.

Fed up with going to HR events that make TUPE look fun and exciting? The Evolving HR Event might be just the ticket...

We got tired of going to HR events that left us uninspired and feeling like we didn't fit in, so we created our own.

We're saying a BIG NO to the following:

• Dull speakers talking about even duller topics
• Sales pitches from the stage
• Not actually learning anything
• A corporate vibe you could get by staying in the office
• Nowhere to escape when you need a 'time out'
• Theatre style seating where you feel trapped all day
• Forced fun = no fun
• Cringey networking that you can't wait to get away from
• Soulless venues
• No recognition that HR can be fascinating, hilarious, difficult, emotional or all of the above at once

Evolving HR is for EVERYONE, but especially for anyone who has ever felt 'othered' in their professional life.

Maybe you aren't 'corporate enough', have felt like an outsider because you work in HR, are neurodivergent or have been marginalised somehow for some aspect of who you are.

If you've ever felt sidelined or like you don't fit in at an HR or work event, you'll probably enjoy Evolving HR.
