Performing chilling, heartwrenching yet meaningful songs, Ewan Martin is a conveyor of painful truths. His focus has always been to be a completely open book on stage, taking the listener on a journey and despite the darkness, the songs leave you with a warm sense of hope. Debuting with his new band and with fantastic supports. Celebrating a trilogy of releases and introducing new material, and a brand new lineup of talented band members.
‘Crying in Colour’ is a noisy little band based in Norfolk. Musically, they take inspiration from a number of different genres including grunge, hard rock, pop punk and indie. Think early era ‘Paramore’, Seattle-based band ‘Pretty Girls Make Graves’, and grunge legends ‘Alice in Chains’. Their high voltage debut, ‘Fever Dream’, captured the general madness and mayhem of the band, and gained a spot on multiple Spotify editorials and international radio stations. This was quickly followed by their second single, ‘Chemicals’; an obsessive alt-rock track that rages from the start. With a few live shows under their belt, they’re hitting the local scene hard. Come party and sweat with them!
