About this Event

HOW TO SLEEP WELL WHILST MANAGING EVENTS:

Getting a good nights sleep whilst managing an event or simply working in the event industry can be tricky. This session will provide some helpful information and top tips to help you get the best possible night sleep whilst you are in the throw of an event. We’ll cover the essential functions the brain and body needs to carry out whilst you sleep so you understand its importance for maintaining your health and wellbeing.

Helen Moon, Managing Director, EventWell Ltd

Helen Moon is a CIM qualified Marketing & Communications Manager with an eclectic mix of experience in the events industry that spans 20 years and includes event production, venue operations, proactive sales and digital marketing. Helen understands first-hand the busy role of an event professional and founded EventWell and Event Wellbeing Week in 2017, with the aim of equipping professionals in the events industry with the information and tools they need to take better care of themselves, whilst building a rewarding and inspiring career in events.
