Aim: To give managers options to deal with aggressive incidents on educational premises

Objectives:

  • To allow delegates to engage with issues they might encounter in such scenarios
  • To identify good practice that can be taken back and adopted in Crisis Management Plans

Portcullis training is led by police officers. It will introduce school and college leaders to scenarios that the organisation might encounter during an aggressive incident on an educational premise. It will allow attendees to identity and share best practice that can be used to put a crisis management plan in place for during and after an incident.
