Living with epilepsy doesn&#x27;t need to prevent you from keeping fit. Bournemouth University researcher Dr Sarah Collard shares findings from her latest research into exercising safely. Speaking from her own personal experience, Dr Collard explains how her research aims to increase understanding of the importance of exercise and physical activity for people with epilepsy - and explores some of the barriers that exist within the health and leisure industry.If you live with epilepsy or know someone who does, this event will provide valuable insights into exercising safely to enhance your physical and mental wellbeing.It is also aimed at those working in the fitness sector who want to improve their understanding of how to support those living with epilepsy.Information on how to attend this online event will be sent out on and after Wednesday 27th July.Please note that before placing an order, you will be asked to agree to Bournemouth University’s terms and conditions (see below).
