About this course

Exploring ways to work and open Self Awareness whilst focusing on Meditation techniques. 

Transforming areas of your own life which highlight any changes needed 

This course allows you to adapt your own Daily Routines to continue working with a positive mental attitude.  

What will be covered on the course?   

  • Self Awareness and Your Body 
  • Your energy system and meditation 
  • Finding patterns which are in need of change 
  • Making a plan of action 
  • Mindfulness and Affirmations 
  • Goals, Plans and priorities

What will learners achieve by the end of the course? 

  • Recognise self awareness and describe how this highlights blocks in energy 
  • Recall your energy system and select meditation techniques to bring into balance 
  • Identify dense energy and Review any changes to more positive energy 
  • Complete Plan of action and Execute a routine around your own lifestyle  
  • Experiment a Mindful approach to life with the use of Affirmations 
  • Develop Goals and plans and review priorities for moving forward in life

To secure your place on the course BOTH the following must be done:

  • Complete our INSPIRE ONLINE ENROLMENT FORM for each person attending the course.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).

As we no longer receive funding for our ESFA-funded courses for learners living in the devolved areas listed below, full cost fees would apply to these courses if you live in these areas:
