Ready to delve deeper into the Overcoming MS Program, specifically the Physical Activity pillar? We are delighted to welcome back Overcoming MS Facilitator Heather O'Neil who will be delivering a webinar on the Overcoming MS Program, with a specific focus on the benefits of Physical Activity and MS

Heather will be joined by Trainee Facilitator Lyndsey Housden who will be sharing her own experience and top tips for following the Overcoming MS Program and answering your questions during a live Q&A.

Please note: To ensure everyone benefits from the discussion, we kindly ask that all questions remain general and relevant to the webinar's topic. Whilst we will try our best, it may not always be possible to answer every question.

Can't join us live? All webinars are recorded, and registered attendees will receive a link to watch the recording after the session.

New registration process:

  • Upon registering, you'll receive two emails:
  1. An Eventbrite confirmation with your ticket.
  2. A Zoom email with the link to join the webinar.

If you have any questions, please email webinars@overcomingms.org by 2nd May 2025.

We hope to see you there!
