HumanscaleLondon, England
Wednesday, Feb 4 from 9:30 am to 12 pm GMT
Overview

Explore the significance, benefits and added value of ergonomic solutions

The CIOB are proud to be hosting a series of short presentations aimed at organisations over the next 12 months with Humanscale looking at ergonimic solutions and sustainable manufacturing.

The first if these will be hosted within the London showroom on Wednesday 04 February 2026 and will explore Workplace Ergonomics.

Traditional office furniture has been keeping people still at work for over 50 years - desks that don’t’ move, screens sat on the desktop and chairs that people don’t know how to operate!

Ergonomics is about designing for people, defined as the science of fitting the workplace to the user, to improve efficiency, productivity and comfort. With modern workplaces relying heavily on computers, ergonomics is more important than ever, every element should be evaluated to create a healthier workplace at the office and at home.

Join the CIOB to explore the significance, benefits and added value that Humanscale’s sophisticated ergonomic tools and workplace solutions bring to both the employer and employees, along with enhancing guest experience in any built environment.

Presenter:

Simon Branston, Senior Business Development Manager
