A series of 3 in person workshops that facilitate  us to have greater awareness on how to connect in loving ways with ourselves and others and to explore how to have happy relationships.

<h2>Explorations in Connection </h2><h3>In this in person workshop we will explore different ways of connecting including:</h3>♥ How to connect deeply to yourself and others♥ Gain clarity on feeling your yes and no’s and then express them clearly♥ Explore connecting to universal source energy so that you can gain insights♥ Explore your chakras (energy centres) and gain information that allows you to be authentic.♥ Explore connecting with others by participating in playful connection exercises♥The intention of this workshop is that you will be able to connect to yourself and others on a deeper, more fulfilling level. ♥You’re invited to journey with us in this one-day work - exploration into connection.... a space of emotional intimacy, expansion, divine connection and embodied experience. This workshop will be an exploration in how to connect to yourself in an authentic manner and then connect to others.This will be explored via guided exercises involving☆ meditation/visualization☆ trust-building exercises☆ connection exercises☆ learning how to recognise a clear &#x27;yes&#x27; and a clear &#x27;no&#x27; in our body☆ stating and honouring boundaries☆ tuning into our chakras, gaining insights and communicating from an embodied space☆ A heart expanding puja☆ and verbal discussion to share your experience with other explorersBook your placeExploration in Connection is a one-day in person workshop. All exercises will be clothed, your boundaries will be honoured. Intimacy will be emotional rather than particularly physical. You can attend just one or book the whole series.Each workshop will focus on different exploration such as:☆ Connection☆ Energy☆ Conscious RelatingJoin us on Saturday 24th September for this opening workshop, 3 Levels of Connection, to:☆ Improve your relationships by exploring connection on a deep level☆ Understand how to act in social situations when your intellect and our body are giving mixed messages☆ Learn when you feel a &#x27;yes&#x27; to something and when you feel a &#x27;no&#x27;☆ Align different aspects of ourselves and be in connection with others☆ Learn how to communicate your &#x27;yes&#x27;s and &#x27;no&#x27;s in a way that leads to more connection, not less☆ Connect to heaven, universal energy, mother nature and discover the benefits of doing so*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*What will the workshop contain?*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*Solo, partnered and group exercises; all fully clothed, some verbal discussions, meditations, breath exercises, movement, optional blindfolded exercises. There will be two tea breaks and an hour&#x27;s break for lunch (not provided).*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*Who is this workshop for?*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*Adults, all genders, identities and orientations. This workshop series is aimed at people with all levels of experience All you need is a curious nature, desire to discover beyond your current limitations and willingness to expand and grow.*~*~*~*~*~*~*Practicalities*~*~*~*~*~*~*Timings: Doors open at 10;00 am for a prompt 10:30 am start. Please ensure you arrive beforehand to allow yourself time to remove outer layers, get a drink, use the bathroom and settle fully before we start. Please do not arrive late as it disrupts the group. We will finish by 5:00pm.Bring: a notepad and pen, water bottle, lunch &amp; warm socksWear: layered, comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily.
