<h2>♥Explorations in Conscious Relationships♥</h2>In this one day in person workshop, which is suitable for singles and couples, we will spend a full day exploring how to have conscious, loving, healthy relationships, so we can spend more time experiencing connection and pleasure with our partners rather than wasting time arguing and feeling disconnected and resentful. I’ll guide you and others into exploring and discovering what a conscious relationship is to you.<h3>We will explore</h3>♥ How to have conscious endings, conscious break-ups♥ Learn ways to make difficult conversations with your partner easier to experience♥ Explore ways to come into physical harmonisation with your partner♥ Learn techniques to have difficult conversations so both of you can win!♥ How seeing your relationships as a living entity changes the paradigm♥ Exploring ensuring that your relationships receive the love and care that they require♥ Exploring Masculine and Feminine Qualities and energies to expand your connection.You’re invited to journey with us in this one-day workshop - an exploration into conscious relationships... a space of emotional intimacy, expansion, divine connection and embodied experiences. This workshop will be an exploration on how to connect to yourself in an authentic manner and then connect to others. All exercises will be clothed, your boundaries will be honoured. Intimacy will be emotional rather than particularly physical. This workshop series is aimed at people with all levels of experience All you need is a curious nature, a desire to discover beyond your current limitations, and a willingness to expand and grow.*~*~*~*~*~*~*Practicalities*~*~*~*~*~*~*Timings: Doors open at 10:00 am for a prompt 10:30 am start. Please ensure you arrive beforehand to allow yourself time to remove outer layers, get a drink, use the bathroom and settle fully before we start. Please do not arrive late as it disrupts the group. We will finish by 5:00 pm.Bring: a notepad and pen, water bottle, lunch &amp; warm socksWear: layered, comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily.
