About this event

  • Event lasts 3 hours

'Explore & Learn on Rimrose' is a series of events aimed at getting people of all ages from South Sefton into the great outdoors and learning a new skill, or developing their knowledge of the natural world, thanks to funding from Tesco's Stronger Starts programme.

This is a really exciting opportunity to enjoy a FREE guided walk to find out what is (and isn't!) edible on Rimrose Valley, with experienced forager and naturalist, Mark Buxton-Kelly, Mentor of The Order of Bards, Ovates, and Druids!

If you've been on one of Mark's walks before, you'll know just how fascinating they are and what a fantastic and knowledgable speaker he is.

We will not only be learning the names of different edible flora, fauna and fungi but also their health benefits.

Please see the disclaimer below.
