EXPLORING ALOUD:  Changing lives through trauma informed practices

Next Stage Radicals is an open learning community made up of people with a passion to make work work better. We are not owned by anyone and we don't sell services. Our members live and work in lots of different places, collaborating as a Community of Practice and "Exploring Aloud" together. Our events are one of the ways we do this; sharing what we are doing and learning so that others can learn with us.

A workshop with  Laura Seebohm from Changing Lives, exploring how trauma informed approaches can help us all lead and support better lives.

Part of Next Stage Radicals &quot;Exploring Aloud&quot; series.Laura Seebohm is Executive Director for External Affairs at Changing Lives, a nationwide charity helping people facing challenging times to make positive change - for good. She has over 20 years’ experience in the statutory and voluntary sectors, working as a Probation Officer before joining Changing Lives in 2006. With experience of policy at a local and national level, multiple peer research projects, lived experience, inclusion and system change practices, Laura has found herself particularly drawn to the potential of Trauma-Informed Practice as a means to truly changing lives.
